Omega is a cocktail bar based on the spectacle of cocktail making. Within the bar you can watch bottle flips and tricks as bartenders mix you up a range of different cocktails. Within the three floors there will be a gin distillery, a main bar area and a private function space/ gin bar. In the basement, customers can sit in a biophilic haven as they enjoy their drinks with omega garden hydroponic systems built into the walls. The basement also hosts a gin distillery unit which will provide gin for the bars within the building. This will allow the space to distil different flavours of gin using the botanicals from the omega gardens. This is truly a unique experience as you get to relax within the gin making process. The ground floor will boast views in of the top of the distillery unit giving the space a truly unique vibe. The first floor then will host a private function area and more specific gin area where specialised gin-based cocktails will be made.
