Number twenty-two is a boutique student accommodation located a five-minute walk outside the city centre making it close to surrounding Universities, parks and amenities. The accommodation aims to tackle pivotal issues when it comes to student living such as loneliness, isolation and poor living conditions. The building hosts twenty-two unique rooms to give the accommodation a sense of community. This number is purposely lower than other student accommodations in 

order tackle loneliness by creating a family and community like environment. These unique rooms have a contemporary industrial styling accompanied with 

luxury amenities such as a cinema and games room located on the ground floor. These luxury amenities also provide the opportunity for different events to be
