The Bute Street (Soul Project) was completed at the end of my first year of University. The brief for this project was to create a shoe shop within one of three buildings. The space that I hosted my shoe shop in was an abandoned building located next to Cardiff Bay Train Station. Due to the rough and ready nature of the building, I felt it was perfect to host a skate shoe store. My Sketchup renders (Shown above) demonstrate the contemporary and industrial feel that I have achieved with the store.
