This was a project that I worked on over summer in my own spare time to practice my SketchUp skills. I found a house that I wanted to use from a real estate agents. When doing this, I decided to use a smaller sized house as the projects I have worked on so far have typically been on the larger scale. The original house had a lot of dated features and furnishings. This meant that it was more of an update to the spaces rather than changing the building structurally. I introduced a new kitchen and removed some of the arches within the room to make the space more open and contemporary. I also introduced new furniture and wooden panelling in the living room. I turned the Sketchup into a diagram as I felt this was a really clear way to see the scheme that has been implemented.
